Bobby and Jane

Bobby Eugene Dyal, Jr. and Jane Byrd Page Willcox are pleased to announce their engagement to marry. The couple became engaged in July, on the birthday of the bride-to-be.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Norman Cassell Willcox of Norfolk, Virginia. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sharp Willcox and the late James Green Martin and Ann Tunstall Martin Fay, all of Norfolk, Virginia. Jane was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. She is the graduate of Norfolk Collegiate School in Norfolk, Virginia and of George Washington University (formerly Mount Vernon College) in Washington, D.C.
The groom-to-be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Eugene Dyal, Sr. of Brooker, Florida. He is the grandson of the late Leo Dyal of Brooker, Florida and Thelma Cain Dyal of Louise, Florida and the late Otis Clyde Kelley of Brooker, Florida and Doris Sowell Kelley of LaCrosse, Florida. Bobby was born in Gainesville, Florida and raised in Brooker, Florida. He is the graduate of Bradford County High School in Starke, Florida and is retired from Gainesville Regional Utillites in Gainesville, Florida.
The couple met while working for Gainesville Regional Utilities in 2006.
